These terms govern the use of the Lúmina W blog (blog.luminaw.co). By creating an account or using the blog you accept these rules and the Privacy policy.
Your account
- Provide truthful information and keep your email up to date.
- Look after your password. Whatever is done with your account is treated as done by you, unless you tell us about unauthorized access.
- You can ask us to delete your account whenever you want by writing to contact@luminaw.co.
Publishing posts
Any account can write posts, but none is published without the administration’s approval. They may approve it, return it with a note so you can adjust it, or not publish it. If you edit a post that is already published, it goes back to review and is taken offline until it is approved again. When a post is published, it is automatically translated into the blog’s other language (Spanish or English) and that version is published with it.
Comments
Comments go through an automatic review: those containing certain terms or too many links are held until the administration approves or rejects them. The administration can delete any comment.
Your content
What you write remains yours. By publishing it you give us a free, non-exclusive license to display it on the blog, in its RSS feed and in previews when it is shared, for as long as it is published. You declare that you are the author or have permission to publish it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
Rules of use
Do not publish or do the following:
- Illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing or sexually explicit content.
- Spam, unauthorized advertising or links with deceptive purposes.
- Other people’s private data or impersonation.
- Instructions or material for attacking other people’s systems without authorization. Security content for educational and defensive purposes is welcome.
- Attempts to compromise the site, get around usage limits or extract data abusively.
Suspension and deletion
We may remove content, and suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms. A suspended account cannot sign in or act on the blog. Deleting an account also deletes its content.
Ownership of the site
The Lúmina W brand, the design and the code of the site belong to Lúmina W. Posts and comments belong to their authors.
No warranties
The blog is provided as is. Technical content is informational and does not replace professional advice. To the extent the law allows, Lúmina W is not liable for damages arising from the use of the blog or from links to third-party sites.
Changes
If these terms change, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute is submitted to the competent judges of Medellín.
